RunestoneCore — 1.21.11 stability + QoL update
This update focused on keeping master clean for Paper 1.21.11 + JDK 21 while hardening core systems and improving command usability.
Personal Claims
- Personal claims can no longer overlap town-claimed territory
- Claim protection was expanded to better cover:
- doors, trapdoors, and fence gates
- bucket use
- hanging entities
- armor stands
- piston boundary movement
- farmland trampling
- Fire spread protection now checks the destination block correctly when crossing into claims
- Claim API events for create/delete were corrected and are now properly fired
- Claims API safety was improved so claims service access no longer hard-fails when claims are unavailable
- Trust target validation was tightened so typo/unresolved player names are no longer accepted
- /claim tab completion was cleaned up so it no longer sends chat/error spam
- /claim help was redesigned into a cleaner, more professional help display
- Added direct claim aliases:
- /ccr = /claim create
- /ccf = /claim confirm
- /cc = /claim cancel
- /ci = /claim info
- /cl = /claim list
- /ct = /claim trust
- /cf = /claim flag
- /cd = /claim delete
Claim Presence Messages
- Added action bar enter/leave messages for personal claims
- Messages trigger only when claim context changes
- Works for movement, teleporting, and world changes
- Uses safe owner-name fallback when needed
Graves Feature
- Added the new graves feature to RunestoneCore
- Supports death-location grave handling as part of the core server feature set
- Included in the recent 1.21.11 master-line feature work
Scoreboard Shortcuts
- Added:
- /sm = /scoreboard set main
- /ss = /scoreboard set skills
- /sc = /scoreboard set combat
Oraxen Shortcut
- Added /oi as a quick alias for /o inv
Denizen replacement / NPC Flow
- Continued improving the /rnpc system as a lightweight Citizens bridge for Runestone-style NPC interaction
- Expanded support for cleaner dialogue / quest-style NPC setup without relying on older Denizen-dependent workflow
- /rnpc was polished with a more professional help display and cleaner admin flow
- Added quick NPC admin aliases:
- /rnb = /rnpc bind
- /rnd = /rnpc dialogue
- /rnq = /rnpc quest
- /rndb = /rnpc debug
- /rnm = /rnpc meta
- /rno = /rnpc open
- Ongoing polish is focused on making Runestone NPCs work cleanly alongside normal Citizens NPCs without unnecessary click-error noise
Stability / Verification
- Master remained on Paper 1.21.11 + JDK 21
- Server startup was verified successfully on the stable line
- Claims and Towns subsystems both initialized correctly
