Release
1.0.16

TotalCarnage767 released RunestoneSkills version 1.0.16 on April 13, 2026

🛠️ RunestoneSkills 1.0.16 Paper 1.21.11 • Java 21

This release continues the transition into the modular RunestoneMMO architecture, aligning RunestoneSkills with the newly separated Core, Combat, Hub, and Admin systems.

Highlights

• Full alignment with the modular RunestoneMMO stack Updated alongside RunestoneCore 1.1.19 and new module structure:

RunestoneCombat RunestoneHub RunestoneAdminTool

RunestoneSkills now operates as a dedicated progression module, cleanly separated from UI, combat, and admin systems.

• Skills system remains the backbone of progression

RunestoneSkills continues to power all primary professions: Mining Forestry Fishing Hunting Farming Cooking Exploration Foraging Smithing

These systems remain fully active and integrated into the broader MMO loop.

• Improved cross-module integration stability

With Core and other systems decoupled:

Skill XP handling is now more isolated and reliable Reduced risk of cross-system conflicts Cleaner hooks between Skills ↔ Core rewards ↔ external modules

• Core reward integration maintained and stabilized

Daily rewards and other Core-driven systems continue to support:

native RunestoneSkills XP long-term progression without bypassing natural leveling

• Existing skill mechanics preserved

All current systems remain intact and functional:

Mining (config-driven + Oraxen-aware hooks) Forestry (natural tree detection + bounded tree cutting) Fishing / Hunting / Farming / Cooking Exploration / Foraging progression systems Smithing profession integration

No regressions to progression flow — this release focuses on stability and alignment.

Honest note on this tag

This update is primarily a structural and alignment release rather than a major gameplay expansion inside RunestoneSkills itself.

The largest changes in this cycle occurred in:

RunestoneCore (architecture split) New standalone modules (Combat, Hub, Admin Tool)

RunestoneSkills 1.0.16 ensures it remains fully compatible, stable, and future-ready within this new system design.

Result

RunestoneSkills is now cleanly positioned as the dedicated progression layer of RunestoneMMO — ready for future expansion without being tightly coupled to UI, combat, or admin systems.
