0.8.0 — English and German

• Switch your personal language through the Deutsch / English button in any menu or /bingo language en, de or auto. No OP required.
• Player choices persist across server restarts; automatic mode follows the Minecraft client locale.
• Localized menus, spectator dialogs, goals, ingredients, recipes, records, messages, compass hints and live leaderboards. Different languages can be used simultaneously.
• English and German item-name search; suggestions follow the chosen language.
• Existing game state, record entries and rule profiles remain compatible.

Validation: 77 tests passed. Paper 26.3 build 241 startup and server self-test passed on an isolated local server. Full multi-player client UI validation is still pending.
