This update has a lot of QOL & removal of legacy features

Features

• add /ca config item and /ca config enchant for per item type and per enchant(s) config gui This is a very useful feature to configure one enchantment instead of having to find it
• add /ca enchant to easily enchant require the ca.command.enchantment permission. Default allowed for OP
• add support for EnchantedBook

Fixes & Other

• move /ca gui to /ca config
• Prefer /ca over deprecated commands
• fix turtle scule unit repair
• force migration of sweeping edge
• remove legacy useInFuture usage as per the two previous points was blocking. not anymore
• Made unit repair work better with custom items
• Fix durability not repairing based on max damage
• Make update checker use current minecraft version for update check
