bug* fixes

• added some sort of compatibility with EssentialsX Chat
• added some sort of compatibility with ChatColors
  • note: there is a new config option, check-colored-chat-messages. You must set this property to true to use this compatibility As it forces messages to be parsed differently, I would only reccomend using it if you are sending messages that feature gradients.

build system updates

an additional file minemoji-minimal.jar now exists and you can use this instead of the normal minemoji.jar.

PackMaker has now been seperated out somewhat, so the normal build still contains it, but you can use this lighter build if you'd prefer. I'd quite like to seperate packmaker into something else or into something more user friendly in the future.

(Note for Hangar users: You must obtain this instead from the github or modrinth. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to provide an additional artifiact here.)
