Alternative bigger on the inside method (#1107)

• Use Sets for command argument types

• Expand view_interior config

• Add interior snapshots when door is opened

• Could probably just get the mapid directly from the item...

...but using a key means we can load snapshots on server restarts

• Remove item frames when door is closed

• World save so map files get created

• Fix view_interior config options

• Fix Telepathic GUI

• Fix tardistravel command not being registered correctly

• Fix `tardisdev command not being registered correctly

• Update TardisCommandNode.java

• Update LibsDisguises dependency

• Fix getting current config option values when using the /tconfig [option] command
