Fixes for the direct providers. No config change (config-version stays 6); existing config.yml files keep their values, so raise max-output-tokens yourself if you see the Anthropic error below.

• Fix: AI request failed (Unexpected response from anthropic: no text content) and /ai answering "cannot answer": models that think first (e.g. Claude Haiku 5.5) could use up the whole max-output-tokens before writing any text. The request is now retried once with more room, and the error names the stop_reason and the block types. The default max-output-tokens is 400 (was 200, too tight for Czech) for new installs
• Fix: the long-term notes table stayed empty: the note extraction was cut off by its 300 token limit (now 600), a cut-off reply still keeps the complete notes it contains, a warning is logged when an answer contains no notes although it should, and exchanges the bot stayed quiet about (skip) are still noted
