New option and a prompt fix. config-version is now 7; chattiness is added to your config.yml automatically (backup config.yml.bak-v6), your values stay.

• New: chattiness: low | normal | high (default normal, the 3.0.1 behaviour). low: the bot answers almost only when somebody speaks to it or mentions its name. high: it also joins conversations between players now and then with a short fitting remark, e.g. when a chat drags on between the same few people. It still looks at the chat every interval-seconds
• Fix: the bot no longer talks about the data it was given ("I only have info about the mobs around you..."); when it does not know something it just says so
