R
3.2.1
RTP 3.2.1
New
- GUI menu teleports now charge money. If you use a menu addon (like the bundled GUI picker), clicking a destination now correctly applies the teleport price and per-region prices, just like typing
/rtp. Players who can't afford it are stopped (and refunded if the teleport fails). - Menu teleports are now instant when a location is ready. Clicking a destination in the GUI now teleports right away if a spot is already cached, instead of waiting for the next background tick.
- Smoother arrivals on weaker servers. RTP can now briefly shrink a player's view distance right before a teleport and then steadily raise it back, spreading out the chunk-loading spike so arriving doesn't cause a lag stutter. Tunable via
viewDistanceRestoreIntervalinperformance.yml(default 10s, set0to disable). - In-game config editor gives you a picker for fixed options. When editing settings that only accept certain values (like database type or region shape), the
/rtp configmenu now shows a list to pick from instead of a blank text box where a typo silently reset the value.
Changed (config layout - your settings still work)
- Cleaner config folder. The
plugins/RTP/folder was tidied up. Everyday files (config.yml,economy.yml,language.yml,safety.yml) stay at the top; your regions, worlds, and effects now live under a singledefinitions/folder, and rarely-touched files moved underadvanced/. RTP moves your existing files automatically on upgrade - nothing is overwritten, and no re-tuning is needed. config.ymlis now just teleport behavior. Database settings moved to a newdatabase.yml, and biome-weighting settings moved intoadvanced/biomes.ymlalongside the other biome options. Note: if you had customized the database or biome-weight values, those are not auto-migrated - re-enter them in the new files.- Add-on config files moved into an
addons/subfolder (Countdown, GUI menu, claim integrations), so the main folder stays clean. Existing files are relocated automatically, keeping your changes. The top ofconfig.ymlnow includes a "where to find things" index. - Config files now have proper header comments so the per-setting descriptions (used for menu tooltips) stay clean.
- RTP-lite now ships the same configs and docs as the full edition for consistency.
Fixed
- Fixed several NeoForge and Fabric crashes and freezes on newer Minecraft versions, including server freezes/timeouts when
/rtploaded chunks, a crash when sending a colored/rtpmessage, and chunk-generation failures that spammed the console and left the teleport cache empty. - Fixed
requireSkyLightsometimes landing players in caves - open-sky checks are now reliable even on freshly generated chunks. - Color codes in config comments now display as plain text in the
/rtp configmenu hover, instead of being turned into actual colors. - Fixed message coloring glitches on NeoForge/Fabric - a stray
xcharacter no longer appears before the[RTP]prefix, and the last character of a gradient message now uses the correct end color.
