Craft bottles of enchanting by using an empty bottle on an enchanting table.
Initial release: Bottle Experience enchanting-table menu converts one glass bottle for 11 raw XP points without lapis. Used Bottles o' Enchanting drop an empty glass bottle at impact while preserving normal XP drops. Normal enchanting is unchanged when not holding glass bottles.
