OneTimePack

This version contains multiple changes on configuration, so it's suggested to delete settings.yml file to see the new options.

Additions

• Support for Minecraft 1.20.2, 1.20.3 and 1.20.4.
• Resource pack UUID comparator (only for +1.20.3 clients).
• Multiple resource pack comparisions using AND operator, for example URL AND HASH.
• Optional resource pack comparisions using OR operator, for example HASH OR PROMPT.
• Use ! to compare resource pack object only if it's not null, for example !UUID OR HASH.
• More config options to cancel or allow resource pack re-send/clear on different game protocols.
• Experimental option to re-send resource pack for 1.20.2 clients on configuration state starts.

Changes

• Now resource pack default status must be configured using enum values (it's also compatible with the old int-based configuration).
