Added

• /spec - watch a player from spectator mode: through walls, no hitbox, and they cannot tell.
• /spec - go straight to that player.
• Leaving spectator always returns you to the exact spot and game mode you started from, so the command can never be used as a free teleport.
• It survives a logout or a server restart: whoever was spectating is put back where they came from on their next join, and told so. Nobody is left stuck as a ghost.
• A player under a screenshare check cannot use it.
• Permission sxstaff.spec, already included in sxstaff.*, so staff ranks need no changes.

Also Anonymous usage statistics through bStats, so it is possible to tell which versions still need support. Turn it off for every plugin at once in plugins/bStats/config.yml. A support link is now printed once at startup and shown in /ss help.

Tested on a live server: entering and leaving spectator, returning to the exact spot after flying 250 blocks away, logging out mid-watch, and a full server restart.
