Report SxStaff?

U

1.2.0

Added — punishments SxStaff now hands out its own bans, mutes, kicks and warnings. No other plugin needed.

Ten commands: /ban, /tempban, /unban, /kick, /mute, /tempmute, /unmute, /warn, /banlist, /punishments. All of them work on players who are offline. Times are typed inline. /mute Bob 10m spamming works without a second command. Lengths read the way you say them: 30m, 12h, 7d, 12h30m. A proper ban screen. The reason, who banned them, how long is left, your appeal link and a case number — every line of it editable in the message file. Warnings climb a ladder you set. Three warnings a day, five a week, seven permanent by default, and a warning stops counting after thirty days. Mutes cover the ways around chat. /msg, /me, /mail and anything else you list are refused too. Nothing is ever deleted. Lifting a ban records who lifted it and when, so "has this player been banned before" always has an honest answer.

Added — the staff menu Commands page. Every command the plugin has, grouped, showing only what you have permission for. Clicking a group prints it into chat. Warn, Kick, Mute and Ban buttons on a player. Ban and mute ask how long first, then ask whether you are sure. Punishment history per player, where a ban or a mute still running can be lifted with a click.

Changed A failed screenshare check now bans through the new module, so the ban carries the check's reason and a place to appeal. Set punishment.use-built-in: false to go back to dispatching your own command.

Fixed Colour tags showed as text — off instead of a red "off" — in the staff menu, /ss list, /ss history, /alts and /reports. Thanks to Rovan for the report.

Upgrading Drop the new jar in and restart. Your config.yml and message files are left untouched, and the punishment module starts with sensible defaults, so it works straight away.

To tune it: add a punishments: section (see the README) or let the plugin write a fresh config.yml. Already running LiteBans or AdvancedBan? Set punishments.enabled: false and nothing changes for you. Another plugin owns /ban? Every command also exists as /sxban, /sxmute, /sxwarn and so on.
