feat: add rename, validations, active db tracking, and oumlib utilities.
- Added profile rename command and ProfileRenameEvent.
- Implemented name validations (regex & max length).
- Track active profiles directly in DB with V2 migrations.
- Added profile import/export commands and JSON utils.
- Fixed shutdown saving to execute in parallel.
- Replaced custom location, potion, and statistics serializations with OumLib.
- Cleaned up comments and formatted SQL migration files.
