Release v1.2.1

Quick patch fixing a couple of placeholder issues in chat messages and menus.

Fixes

• Fixed the <to> placeholder showing up as literal text instead of the profile name in admin switch alerts.
• Added <from> and <target> placeholder support to switch alert messages for custom formats.
• Fixed <max> not parsing properly when players hit their profile limit in the menu.
• Internal cleanup and minor performance improvements.
