c7fab16 Add support for v3 fancy holograms (#938)
v3 Fancy Holograms is in active development, and using it in production is at your own risk.
You should take a backup before hand otherwise you cannot go back to v2.
You can set hologram-plugin in config.yml to FancyHologramsV3 if you want to use it.
As always, if you have any bugs.. submit an issue or ping Ryder Belserion!
