ccTickets
A lightweight, modern, and configurable ticket management plugin for Paper servers.
ccTickets provides a simple way for players to request help and for staff members to manage support tickets directly in Minecraft.
With a clean chat-based interface, clickable actions, multilingual support, and SQLite/MySQL storage, ccTickets makes server support easy without unnecessary inventory GUIs.

Note: Taking a ticket does not automatically teleport the staff member. Teleportation is handled separately.

Note: Database connections cannot be reloaded through commands. Database configuration changes require a server restart.

Permissions can be managed using a permission plugin such as LuckPerms.
Configuration
ccTickets includes a customizable config.yml.
Available settings include:
- Language selection (
enorde) - Chat prefix
- SQLite or MySQL database
- Maximum open tickets per player
- Staff notifications
Language Files
Customize messages using:

The plugin includes MiniMessage support for modern text formatting.
Database Support
SQLite – Default database, no additional database server required.
MySQL – Optional database backend for servers using an external database.
Database connections are initialized when the plugin starts.
Installation
- Download the latest ccTickets
.jarfile. - Place it inside your server's
pluginsfolder. - Start or restart your Paper server.
- Configure
plugins/ccTickets/config.ymlif needed. - Assign staff and administrator permissions.
- Start managing tickets!
Dependencies
No additional plugins are required.
A compatible Paper server is required. SQLite is available as the default storage option; MySQL requires access to a MySQL database server.
