Colored-Item-Rename
ʜᴛᴛᴘѕ://ᴅʀᴀɢᴏɴѕʀᴜʟᴇ10.ᴄᴏᴍ This plugin is a simple plugin that allows you to rename an item to whatever color you want (using the console format). I suggest using https://www.birdflop.com/resources/rgb/ as it has many options of colors to choose from.
Paper has only been tested, use Waterfall and Velocity at your own risk.
