Support for 1.20.4, new triggers, bugfixes, optimizations.

Localization

• Localization of categories and triggers is now available
• Localization files moved to lang folder
• Added possibility to choose language (now available en and ru)
• After changing the language, delete the lang folder and use /pc reload
• Added /pc update command to update JAR file of plugin (for console only)

Added triggers

• SAPLINGS_DESTROYING (1.8+)
• SOUL_TORCHES_DESTROYING (1.16+)
• FROGSPAWN_LAYING_AND_SPAWNING (1.19+)

Older triggers are now available from older versions

Optimizations and bugfixes

• More stable work on new versions of Minecraft immediately after their release
• For Paper and its forks, checking for updates now uses PaperMC Hangar Portal
