🌍 Global Localization Update

• Massive extraction of hardcoded strings into en.yml and fr.yml. Almost all commands (/tower, /carrier, /phone, /sms, /tabernatelecom reload) are now fully translatable.
• Auto-Merge Language Files: LanguageManager now automatically merges newly added translation keys into your existing server language files. You no longer need to wipe your YAML files after an update!

🐞 Bug Fixes & UX Clarity

• TowerGUI Clean-up: Fixed an issue where the [TabernaTelecom] plugin prefix was redundantly appended to every single line and lore tooltip inside the Tower Inventory GUI.
• Cross-Carrier Antennas: Clarified the tower_transmitter_exists message. The plugin always supported multiple carriers on the same site, but the collision message made players believe the whole antenna was locked. The message now explicitly instructs players to aim at a free adjacent block.
• Asynchronous Database Saves: CarrierManager now runs MySQL save operations asynchronously when creating a carrier, eliminating main-thread freezes and server lag spikes.
• Carrier List Crash: Fixed a massive NullPointerException crash and raw-key dump in /carrier list that occurred when a carrier's owner was offline or uncached by the server.

⚖️ Balance & Configuration

• Tower Security: Implemented strict permission checks in TowerBreakListener. Players can no longer break tower components unless they are the owner, an administrator, or have the tabernatelecom.tower.break permission.
• Network Tuning: Adjusted transmitter prices, failure probabilities, and repair costs for all network types (edge, 3g, 4g, 5g, etc.) in network-types.json for a more balanced economy.
• Failure Checks: Updated the default failure check interval in config.yml to 3600 seconds (1 hour) instead of 60 seconds to reduce unnecessary processing.
