Overview

Taberna Telecom adds a complete layer of mobile network simulation to your server. Players can subscribe to Carriers, build Cell Towers, and use Phones to communicate via calls and SMS. The signal strength is calculated realistically using ray-tracing, meaning obstacles like stone and iron block the signal!

Key Features:

• Realistic Signal Physics - Signal decays over distance and is blocked by blocks (Ray Tracing).
• Carriers - Create mobile networks, set prices, and sign peering agreements (roaming).
• Cell Towers - Deploy 3G, 4G, and 5G towers with different ranges and speeds.
• Virtual Phones - GUI-based phone system for Calls, SMS, and Contacts.
• ️BlueMap Integration - Visualize towers and coverage zones directly on your web map.
• PlaceholderAPI - Display signal strength and carrier info in scoreboards/chat.

Commands & Permissions

Commands:

/phone - Open the phone interface (Call, SMS, Settings)
/carrier - Manage carriers (Create, Info, Set Price)
/tower - Manage towers (Create, Info, List)
/tabernatelecom_reload - Reload configuration

Permissions:

tabernatelecom.phone.* - Access to phone features
tabernatelecom.carrier.* - Access to carrier management
tabernatelecom.tower.* - Access to tower management
tabernatelecom.reload - Access to reload command

Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.21+ (Paper Recommended)
• Java: 21+
• Optional: BlueMap, PlaceholderAPI, Vault (Economy)
