⭐ ReviveMe – Hardcore Revival Plugin
Ever wished death in Minecraft actually meant something?
ReviveMe transforms death into a cooperative gameplay experience. Players have a limited number of lives, and once they're gone, they're not simply respawned—they become a ghost awaiting resurrection.
Recover their soul, prepare the altar, complete the ritual... and hope nothing goes wrong.
"Because apparently friendship has a life tax."
Perfect for SMPs, hardcore servers, and lore-driven communities where every decision matters.
❤️ Life System
Every player starts with a configurable number of lives.
Lose a life on death.
Reach 0 lives and suffer Final Death.
Dead players enter Ghost Mode until someone brings them back.
Final Death
Final Death is more than a simple respawn.
When a player dies for the last time:
They become a ghost.
A Soul Grave appears.
Their Soul Head and Soul Fragment are stored inside the grave.
Friends must recover both items to begin the resurrection process.
️ Soul Altar
Resurrections can only be performed at a Soul Altar.
Soul Altars are administrator-controlled and cannot be crafted.
Admins can create one using:
/r give soulAltar
This is intentional.
The Soul Altar is designed to become a permanent ritual site for your server rather than an item players can place anywhere, encouraging communities to build shrines, temples, or sacred resurrection chambers around it.
⭐ Reviving Star
The Reviving Star is crafted using the fallen player's head.
Each star is permanently bound to a specific player.
No mix-ups.
No accidental revivals.
No bringing back Steve when you meant to revive Bob.
⚡ Revival Ritual
Bringing someone back is a multi-step ritual.
Recover the Soul Head and Soul Fragment from the Soul Grave.
Insert the Soul Fragment into the Soul Altar to charge it.
Use the matching Reviving Star on the charged altar.
Protect the ritual until it finishes.
During the ritual:
✨ Cinematic particles and sound effects
Floating Soul Head animation
⏳ Boss Bar countdown
️ Dramatic lightning strike
❌ Moving or taking damage cancels the ritual
⭐ Reviving Stars are only consumed on a successful revival
⚖️ Sacrifice System
Every resurrection comes at a cost.
The reviver sacrifices one of their own lives.
The revived player returns with the configured number of lives.
No free second chances.
