Vc Manager (VCM) is short for Void Chat Manager

Void chat manager support and requires Luckperms And needs PlaceHolderAPI (uses /papi ecloud download PLAYER but i also recommand you download placeholderapi LuckPerms for the luckperms) (plugin could work without downloading but i wouldn't risk)
