You can give a colored name to an item via the anvil using color codes

You can put a description of the item through a special command, in order to use the command you need to have at least level 2 To change the color of text you need to use color codes, a list of them can be found here: https://htmlcolorcodes.com/minecraft-color-codes/

Command:

• /lore
• /ItemConfig reload - reload the plugin

Permissions:

• Command /lore - ItemConfig.commandLore
• Command /ItemConfig reload - ItemConfig.reload
• No level will be removed when using /lore if there is this permission - ItemConfig.noLvl
• The right to put a colored name on an object through the anvil - ItemConfig.name
