Report ResetAttributesOnDeath?

Fixes a Mojang/Spigot bug (https://github.com/PaperMC/Paper/issues/10907) that causes attribute modifiers to not be cleared on player death.

Only removes modifiers in the "minecraft" namespace to not interfere with plugin-added modifiers.
