How it works:

With /timer set you can change the timer. With /timer <countUp|countDown> the timer can either count up or count down With /timer <color|hexCode> you can change the color of the timer With /timer <tranisition|gradient> <color1|hexCode1> <color2|hexCode2> you can set the colors for the two effects
