First release

• Warn, mute, kick, temp-ban and ban from a panel drawn with Dialog Engine, or from plain commands that do exactly the same.
• Reasons with their own default lengths, caps per staff rank, warning escalation, IP bans, silent punishments, history with revoke.
• A warning popup the player has to acknowledge, shown the next time they join if they were offline.
• SQLite, or MySQL/MariaDB to share one record across a network.
• One jar for Spigot and Paper 1.21.7 and newer.
