Adds a /discord command that outputs the discord to the user. Completely configurable.
A simple- 6KB- plugin that allows sends a player a customized message when they type /discord.
You can change the message using the config.
What it looks like:

Feel free to use this on your server- don't worry about credit etc.
(Does not matter what the size of your server is.)
