This is the counterpart to VelocityOnlineTime

The two plugins work together to track play time, and then give a player permission to chat once the playtime has been achieved.

Permission: chat.allow

Configure the time limit in config.yml (IN VELOCITYONLINETIME CONFIG)

INSTALLATION

Place the PlaytimeChat.xx.jar in the plugins folder of your Paper server!
