• When player clicks SHIFT+RMB with particle item (nether star) in developer's world, it spawns a particle around player.
• When player clicks SHIFT+RMB with any potion in developer's world, it gives or removes potion effects from player.
• Now potion list menu accepts splash and lingering potions too.

This section is required for specifying trusted sources from where players can download world's resourcepacks. It prevents bad world owners from getting player's IP by using IP logger website with resource pack.
