Private analytics for plugin devs: servers, events, funnels, errors and listing conversion. One line.

Report PluginAnalytics?

PluginAnalytics

This is a library for plugin developers. Don't put it in your server's plugins folder: it goes inside a plugin's jar, as shown below.

Founding developer program: Pro free for 90 days for the first 50 developers

bStats tells you how many servers run your plugin. PluginAnalytics tells you that privately, plus what they actually do with it: which features get used, where players give up, whether servers keep it, which errors break it and how your listing turns views into installs.

Platforms

Every error, from every server

Grouped by stack trace, with the version it started in and regressions flagged.

Error tracking

What gets used, where players give up, who keeps it

Events, funnels and retention Performance, logs and servers

From a listing view to a server that stays

Setup (Gradle)

plugins {
    id("com.gradleup.shadow") version "8.3.9"
}

repositories {
    maven("https://pluginanalytics.dev/maven")
}

dependencies {
    implementation("com.gamepathics:pluginanalytics-bukkit:1.7.0") // -velocity or -bungee on proxies
}

tasks.shadowJar {
    relocate("com.gamepathics.pluginanalytics", "me.you.yourplugin.libs.analytics")
}

Then one line when your plugin starts, with the project key from your dashboard:

analytics = PluginAnalytics.start(this, "pa_your_project_key");

Maven, events, funnels and everything else: pluginanalytics.dev/docs · complete example plugins: GitHub

Java 8+, no dependencies, nothing on the main thread, and it never throws into your code. Paper, Spigot, Purpur and Folia from Minecraft 1.8 to the latest, Velocity and BungeeCord/Waterfall. Fabric and NeoForge mods have their own artifacts with the same API (proxies and mods).

Respectful by design

No player names, UUIDs, IPs or chat, ever. Players are a salted hash that differs on every server. Server owners turn it off for every plugin at once with enabled: false in plugins/PluginAnalytics/config.yml. Exactly what is sent.

Pricing

The Free plan covers 1 plugin or mod on up to 1,000 servers, with servers, events, errors and listing analytics. The first 50 developers to connect a plugin or mod get Pro free for 90 days: pluginanalytics.dev/founding. All plans: pluginanalytics.dev/pricing.

Made by Skilled (The Sift, SecurityCams), who uses it in every plugin.
